We are currently seeking a Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience required to join our team and fully embrace our commitment to deliver, grow and thrive.
About the Role:
As a Business Analyst supporting our Federal government client, you will be trusted to identify workflow bottlenecks and process inefficiencies across a fast-growing national program, then design and implement enhancements that improve consistency and throughput. You will maintain audit-ready documentation and governance artifacts, ensuring program materials remain traceable and compliant as investment decisions move through review.
Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
  • Work closely with technical SMEs, program managers, and mission-unit leadership to identify workflow bottlenecks, evaluate process inefficiencies, and propose and implement enhancements that improve consistency and throughput across program activities
  • Assist in the development and management of standard operating procedures, templates, guidance documents, and workflow diagrams used across analysis, engineering, and program management functions
  • Perform data validation and completeness checks across documents, datasets, and analytic outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with Federal client's quality standards
  • Prepare draft and final program documentation - including summaries, briefing materials, governance packages, and process descriptions - for review by technical leaders, managers, and executives
  • Maintain disciplined document control practices, versioning, and structured repository organization to ensure that program materials are discoverable, traceable, and compliant with audit and oversight requirements
  • Carry out our Commitments to Deliver, Grow, and Thrive

Location:
You will work as part of a primarily remote team, with occasional in-person meetings at headquarters locations in Washington, DC; Reston, VA; Arlington, VA; or Boulder, CO.
Required Experience/Skills:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in business analysis, workflow development, process mapping, or program operations within a technical, data-driven, or telecommunications environment.
  • Experience supporting programs with rapid workload growth, complex governance processes, or multi-stakeholder decision workflows.
  • Experience in working with technical SMEs, program managers, and leadership to identify workflow bottlenecks, propose improvements, and implement enhanced processes.
  • Experience with maintaining audit-ready artifacts that document investment decisions, supporting evidence, dependencies, and outcomes, and document management.
  • US citizenship or permanent resident and the ability to pass public trust clearance or suitability

Preferred Experience/ Skills
  • Experience tracking performance metrics and trend analysis across multi-year timeframes
  • Familiarity with stakeholder engagement tracking or program performance reporting
