As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments for individuals, couples, and families to understand their unique challenges.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans addressing issues such as:
• Alcohol abuse and its impact on family dynamics.
• Physical and psychological abuse recovery for individuals and families.
• Grief and loss support, tailoring approaches to meet each client's needs.
• Conflict resolution strategies for familial disputes and sibling relationships.
• Facilitate communication between family members experiencing separation, divorce, or blended family challenges.
• Provide insights and strategies for managing work-related stress and medical issues affecting family health.
• Offer combined and individual therapy sessions, ensuring holistic family involvement in the treatment process.
• Document patient progress and maintain electronic health records efficiently.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance therapeutic techniques and understanding of behavioral health trends.

Your clients will span a diverse array of backgrounds, including adults, couples, children, and adolescents, each facing varying life challenges. You will specialize in family systems therapy, integrating approaches that nurture mental health and foster healing in relational dynamics. Your expertise will highlight the importance of every individual within the family structure, ensuring no concern is overlooked.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.
• A strong passion for patient care and a commitment to clinical excellence.
• Solid understanding of various therapeutic modalities relevant to family and marital issues.
