Job description

Job Summary
This position is production and quality based. Assigned to analyze and adjudicate specific types of claims, with lower complexity, and work with external pricing partners to resolve claim issues. This position is production and quality based and the associate claims coordinator will be expected to achieve monthly measures.
Essential Functions
  • Process claims through on-line adjudication. May include all product lines.
  • Utilize Facets, Lens Inquiry Tracking system, and all claim procedures to investigate and resolve claim pends and errors.
  • Utilize software provided and online vendor websites to resolve related issues.
  • Identify system related issues impacting claim adjudication
  • Organize and maintain reference information related to responsibilities of this position
  • Ability to meet the production and all quality standards.
  • General knowledge of operational functions and software.
