The exact definition of 'core jobs' can vary depending on the industry and the specific business, but they often include positions in areas such as operations, product development, or customer service. Identifying core jobs helps organizations prioritize resources and make strategic decisions about hiring and workforce development.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a core engineer?
