Core Yoga is a style of yoga that emphasizes strengthening and stabilizing the muscles of the abdomen, lower back, and pelvis. It combines traditional yoga poses with exercises specifically targeting the core region to improve balance, posture, and overall body strength. Core Yoga classes often incorporate breathwork and mindful movement, making them accessible to all fitness levels. Practicing Core Yoga can enhance flexibility, prevent injuries, and support everyday activities by building a strong foundation.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Core Yoga Instructor, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Core Yoga Instructor, you need a solid understanding of anatomy, yoga philosophy, and core-focused asana techniques, typically supported by a yoga teacher certification (such as RYT 200).
