Join the vibrant team at YogaSix Parsippany as a Certified Yoga Instructor, where you'll lead engaging yoga classes and workshops for both members and non-members. In our dynamic and supportive environment, you will have the opportunity to connect with students, foster community, and share your passion for yoga through our diverse class offerings, including Y6 Restore, Y6 Slow Flow, Y6 Signature (Hot), Y6 Power, Y6 Core (Mat Pilates), Y6 Mobility, and Y6 Sculpt & Flow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach yoga classes in a group setting (45 min to 1 hour classes).
  • Arrive at the studio a minimum of 15 minutes prior to class start time.
  • Create a personalized class experience that aligns with YogaSix standards.
  • Set up the classroom with appropriate props, music, lighting, and temperature.
  • Provide top-notch class instruction while maintaining the Signature Six standard.
  • Individually check in with each student, offering adjustments as needed.
  • Follow up with students post-class to build community and connections.
  • Ensure a clean studio space after class.
  • Deliver exceptional member and customer service.
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate with management and team members.

Requirements

  • Minimum 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certification.
  • 1+ years of teaching experience preferred.
  • Ability to teach safe, fun, and creative classes with a focus on student success.
  • Strong verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).
  • Completed YogaSix Bridge training and certification in YogaSix branded formats.
  • Current CPR Certification.
