We are currently hiring a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to oversee sales operations throughout the Dallas Texas Region. This role is key to driving regional growth, executing strategic initiatives, and leading a team of Territory Sales Representatives toward achieving sales targets. The RM will also directly manage select key accounts to strengthen relationships and support business objectives. Candidate residing in Dallas Texas preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Educate, train, develop and motivate Territory Sales Representatives to achieve performance goals
  • Communicate and promote Nature's Plus core values and policies
  • Consistently communicate territory success/challenges with the VP of Sales
  • Identify and evaluate new market trends/opportunities within the Region
  • Collaborate w/ Key Accounts in Region to improve penetration of NP brand
  • Partner w/ Sales Administration to coordinate Sales Rep recruitment efforts
  • Attend National Sales Meetings and Manager's Meetings
  • Represent Nature's Plus at industry events
  • Perform other work-related duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record in leading a sales team producing positive results
  • Strong work ethic, passion for driving sales
  • Ability to engage, inspire, and influence others
  • Effective leadership and motivational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and sales presentation skills
  • Results driven, self-motivated
  • Ability to travel regularly
  • Experience in health and wellness / dietary supplements industry a plus
