Core One is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to support our IC program. This position requires a TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance Roles & Responsibilities: * Analyze and evaluate IT systems to ensure they meet operational and security requirements. * Develop and document system requirements, workflows, and technical specifications. * Provide recommendations for system enhancements, upgrades, and optimizations. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integration and implementation efforts. * Conduct troubleshooting and problem resolution for complex system issues. * Ensure compliance with federal regulations, security policies, and best practices. * Generate reports and provide technical briefings to stakeholders. Requirements: * Active TS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance * An Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline related to the specific skill will be considered equivalent to eighteen (18) months specialized experience * A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or a scientific or technical discipline related to the specific skill will be considered equivalent to three (3) years specialized experience (total equivalency is not cumulative when combined with an Associate's degree) * A Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline related to the specific skill will be considered equivalent to two (2) years specialized experience (up to a total of five (5) years when combined with a Bachelor's) * A Doctorate in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline related to the specific skill will be considered equivalent to two (2) years specialized experience (up to a total of seven (7) years when combined with a Master's and a Bachelor's) * Minimum 8 years of experience in systems analysis, IT infrastructure, or related fields. * Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance (mandatory). * Strong understanding of system lifecycle processes, data analysis, and IT security principles. * Experience with enterprise IT systems, databases, and cloud-based solutions. * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
