Office Administrator / Marketing Coordinator
CORE Safety Group is partnering with a client to hire an organized and efficient Office Administrator/Marketing Coordinator to oversee office functions and help with marketing activities. You will be responsible for day-to-day office operations while assisting marketing campaigns, managing content, and handling relations.
Job Responsibilities:
Office Administration:
  • Manage daily office operations and ensure a smooth work environment.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and events for the team.
  • Handle communication with vendors, clients, and employees.
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring everything is stocked.
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding and employee communications.
  • Manage office correspondence, emails, and phone calls
  • Create profiles and resumes for clients
Marketing Support:
  • Assist in creating content for social media, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Help manage and update the company website and social media profiles.
  • Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies.
  • Assist with event planning and promotional activities.
  • Track and analyze marketing data to improve strategies
