Job Description
The Commercial Plumbing Foreman is responsible for leading plumbing crews and overseeing all phases of commercial plumbing projects from start to finish. This role ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all codes, specifications, and quality standards. The Foreman coordinates daily tasks, manages materials and scheduling, and communicates closely with project managers, contractors, and team members to keep projects on track. Strong leadership, technical expertise, and problem-solving skills are essential. The Foreman is expected to maintain high workmanship standards, mentor crew members, and promote a safe, productive jobsite while delivering exceptional results for every project.
Job Requirements
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, fixtures, piping, drainage, and installation standards.
  • Ability to ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards (including UPC and local codes).
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • Valid plumbing license
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience
  • Experience interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
  • Ability to enforce safety protocols and maintain positive work culture
  • Valid NM driver's license with insurable record
