At Publicis Collective, the Analytics team is the heartbeat of our client solutions and media measurement. We believe data should never exist in a vacuum - it should power insights, inspire strategy, and bring compelling narratives to life. By combining data, technology, creative, media, and strategy, we build media-fueled solutions that deliver real business results.

As an Analyst, you'll provide analytical support and strategic recommendations across well-established brands. You'll need an eye for numbers, a passion for data, strong problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of online and paid media channels. In this client-facing role, you'll be a key player in shaping marketing strategy through the delivery of actionable, data-driven insights.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create datasets & visualizations for measurable campaign objectives and key performance indicators
  • Determine campaign data and tracking requirements
  • Using data to solve unique business challenges in support of all marketing activities across paid media channels (search, social, display, programmatic, linear, audio, Video, etc.
  • Planning and documenting execution plans with an eye towards the future, including best practices
  • Perform ongoing analysis using Excel, Tableau and other tools, etc. to ensure timely measurement & reporting of campaigns, along with other client-specific analyses (such as campaign analysis, competitive analysis, customer segmentation and profiling and market research)
  • Being curiosity driven, and continually challenging the status quo, building towards automation and scalability
  • Demonstrates ability to self-explore data and tools with little dependency on manager
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in analytics, digital marketing, business consulting using data or information to drive marketing recommendations
  • Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical thinking with an abundance of intellectual curiosity & ad tech acumen
  • Experience with Campaign Manager, Search Ad 360, and website analytics tools (Adobe Analytics preferred, Google Analytics is a plus)
  • Familiarity with third party research partners such as Kantar, Nielsen and comScore a plus
  • Understanding of the broader media ecosystem, especially online advertising media channels such as Search, Display Banners, Email, Contextual, and Social
  • Strong project management skills
  • Detail oriented, quick learner and able to balance multiple tasks
  • Excel Skills: Intermediate level preferred (formulas like VLOOKUP)

Additional Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge in multivariate testing and statistical analysis a plus
  • Knowledge of the Automotive OEM industry a plus
  • Intermediate data visualization skills (Tableau preferred, Power BI acceptable), PowerPoint
  • Macro building within Excel is a bonus
  • Passion for Analytics, with the ability to extract and prepare insights, attention to detail, and effective task prioritization

Compensation Range: $54,910 - $72,300 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
