Job description

Are you experienced in window and door manufacturing, aluminum fabrication, glass glazing, or assembly work? Panoramic Doors is looking for dependable Production Associate to join our growing manufacturing team.

In this hands-on role, you'll build and assemble high-quality aluminum door systems, install glass, and perform finishing work that helps create premium products for customers nationwide. If you have experience in the fenestration industry, aluminum manufacturing, glass production, metal fabrication, cabinetry, millwork, or a similar production environment, we encourage you to apply.

What You'll Do:

Door & Frame Assembly

  • Build and assemble aluminum door systems, frames, and components according to production drawings and specifications.
  • Ensure accurate measurements, proper fit, and quality workmanship throughout the assembly process.
  • Install hardware and accessories as required.
  • Prepare aluminum materials for fabrication by cutting, deburring, sanding, masking, and cleaning components.
  • Ensure materials meet production and quality requirements prior to assembly or finishing.
  • Install insulated glass units, tempered glass, and specialty glazing products into door systems.
  • Apply glazing compounds, gaskets, weather seals, and adhesives to ensure proper performance and durability.
  • Safely handle glass and finished products to prevent damage.
  • Inspect finished products for quality, appearance, and functionality.
  • Identify and correct defects involving assembly, glazing, measurements, finishes, or hardware.
  • Ensure products meet company quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, fabrication equipment, and glass-handling equipment.
  • Perform basic equipment maintenance and report any operational concerns.
  • Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing best practices.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
  • Support team goals and production schedules.


Experience

We strongly encourage applicants with experience in any of the following industries to apply:
