Job description

Purpose of the Job

This role is a key part of a dedicated global in-house creative production team driving creative innovation within the marketing team of this long-time client - a global leader in the Tech industry.  We are seeking a highly creative, results-oriented Web Marketing Copywriter to join the team based in the US.

This role is pivotal in crafting compelling, high-impact content primarily for the client's organic marketing channels, with a strategic focus on the US and LATAM markets. You will create authentic content designed to build brand authority, trust, and long-term engagement for non-paid/owned marketing channels, focusing on quality and consistency.

The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer who can seamlessly integrate AI tools into the creative workflow to accelerate content production, enhance performance, and deliver assets that significantly drive revenue, user acquisition, and strong Return on Investment (ROI).

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy and Execution

  • Develop, write, and edit engaging, on-brand copy for a wide range of organic marketing channels, including website landing pages, blog posts, SEO/GEO-optimized articles, Google Ads Help Center, social media captions (organic posts), and in-product messaging.
  • Ensure all content is culturally relevant, locally nuanced, and optimized for target audiences across the US and diverse LATAM regions.
  • Work closely with SEO specialists, content strategists, product marketers and global and regional marketing teams to integrate key messages, value propositions, and localized keywords into all creative outputs.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our client's brand guidelines, tone of voice, and product features to ensure consistent and accurate messaging.

AI Integration and Efficiency

  • Act as a champion for the adoption and effective use of Generative AI and other copywriting tools within the creative process.
  • Utilize AI to accelerate ideation, optimize drafts, translate/localize content (in partnership with linguistic reviewers), and perform data-driven A/B testing on headlines and calls-to-action (CTAs).
  • Develop and refine prompt engineering techniques to maximize the quality and relevance of AI-assisted content, ensuring it meets high creative and performance standards.

Performance and Optimization

  • Focus content generation on driving tangible business outcomes, including revenue growth, customer acquisition (CPA), SEO/GEO, and overall ROI.
  • Collaborate with analytics and performance marketing teams to understand content effectiveness, draw insights from data, and iteratively optimize copy based on performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, time on page).
  • Structure and write digital assets (e.g., landing pages, banner copy) for maximum conversion, product value prop fidelity, and user experience.

Collaboration and Project Management

  • Manage multiple copywriting projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines and quality expectations.
  • Present and justify creative concepts and copy decisions to internal stakeholders and client partners.
  • Participate in content planning meetings, bringing proactive ideas for high-performing organic content.

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

  • Minimum of 4+ years of professional copywriting experience, with a focus on tech products, with a significant focus on organic marketing channels within a fast-paced agency or in-house team.
  • Proven experience writing high-performing copy for digital assets (websites, landing pages, social media, etc.).
  • Demonstrable experience tailoring content for US and/or LATAM markets, understanding regional cultural sensitivities and linguistic nuances.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing work that demonstrates creative excellence and measurable business results (revenue, acquisition, ROI).

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in utilizing major Generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude) for content production and optimization.
  • Familiarity with SEO/GEO best practices and keyword integration.
  • Experience working within project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira) and content management systems (CMS).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing ambiguity and tight deadlines.
  • A data-informed creative—you believe in testing, measuring, and optimizing your work.
  • A passion for technology and an understanding of the global tech landscape.

For New York and California applicants: The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $130,00 annually. Actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors that are unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, certifications and work location.
