Mainely Tubs is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our email marketing efforts.


This role will be responsible for:  creating promotional email campaigns, designing supporting marketing graphics, developing automated drip campaigns and lead nurture tracks, and driving revenue growth through strategic email marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate understands how to combine compelling messaging, engaging creative, marketing automation, and performance analytics to convert prospects into customers and encourage repeat purchases from existing customers.


This position will work closely with the Marketing Manager and CRM & Automations Manager to support company-wide sales goals across all product categories.


While email marketing will be the primary focus of this role, Mainely Tubs is a small but mighty marketing team that thrives on collaboration. As business needs and workloads evolve, the successful candidate may have opportunities to assist with other marketing initiatives, including content creation, promotional campaigns, event support, social media, website projects, and other team priorities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication Studies, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing, marketing automation, digital marketing, eCommerce marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong copywriting, proofreading, and communication skills.
  • Writing samples required.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar email marketing and marketing automation platform; HubSpot experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience developing promotional email campaigns, automated drip campaigns, and lead nurture programs.
  • Experience creating marketing graphics, promotional materials, and digital creative assets.
  • Understanding of email marketing best practices, conversion optimization, and performance measurement.
  • Experience creating email campaigns that drive online sales, repeat purchases, and customer retention.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with the Adobe suite, particularly InDesign, is a plus.
  • Experience supporting eCommerce businesses through promotional marketing and online sales initiatives.
  • Experience working with consumer products, retail, wellness, home improvement, or lifestyle brands.
