As a Meeting Room Support associate, you will serve as a primary point of contact for all meeting room operations, audio-visual support, and conference services. Your core responsibilities include configuring meeting spaces with appropriate furniture and equipment setups, conducting daily facility inspections, and maintaining comprehensive AV inventory records through our asset tracking database. You'll provide hands-on technical support by diagnosing and resolving audio-visual issues, coordinating video conference assistance in partnership with Cisco vendors, and delivering white-glove service for VIP video calls. This role requires a customer-focused attitude.

What your day-to-day will look like

  • Configure meeting spaces with appropriate furniture and equipment setups.
  • Conduct daily facility inspections.
  • Maintain comprehensive AV inventory records through our asset tracking database.
  • Provide hands-on technical support by diagnosing and resolving audio-visual issues.
  • Coordinate video conference assistance in partnership with Cisco vendors.
  • Deliver white-glove service for VIP video calls.
  • Set up or break down furniture and equipment for large meetings and events.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience operating projectors, flat screens, microphones, control systems, and conferencing platforms including MS Teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to work independently under time constraints.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform frequent movement throughout the facility.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
