Job description

Copy & Print Center Specialist

Oversees daily operations for the school's print and copy center to produce educational and administrative materials using specialized Xerox equipment. Additionally supports administrative logistics by managing bulk mailing.

Essential Functions:

  • Configures and operates various industrial Xerox equipment to produce, bind, laminate and trim high-volume print jobs for faculty, staff and administration.
  • Monitored and prioritized electronic print queues to process custom document requests accurately and meet strict deadlines.
  • Performs routine machine upkeep and coordinated vendor technical repairs to maximize equipment uptime and operational efficiency.
  • Logs copy usage, track volume metrics, and compile detailed reporting for administrative oversight.
  • Keep records of photocopying services provided to school staff and departments and, when requested, prepare reports about such use.
  • Assist with mailings; folding, stuffing envelopes, sorting, adding postage, delivering bulk mail to the post office.
  • Retrieving documents or packages outside of the building.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education, Training and Experience:

  • High school degree required.
  • Experience operating advanced photocopying equipment and storage of documents electronically on computer network
  • Knowledge of copyright law
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
