This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of Microsoft's AI ecosystem, partnering with business and technology leaders to implement intelligent automation, build AI-powered solutions, and drive enterprise-wide adoption of next-generation productivity tools.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.
  • Design, build, and customize AI agents to improve business productivity and employee experiences.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-powered automation and workflow improvements.
  • Develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio.
  • Support enterprise adoption of Microsoft AI technologies through user enablement, best practices, and governance.
  • Partner with security and compliance teams to ensure responsible AI usage and data governance.
  • Integrate Microsoft AI capabilities with Microsoft 365 and other enterprise applications.
  • Assist in evolving the organization's Microsoft collaboration platform while helping shape the future AI roadmap.


What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience implementing and supporting
  • Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.
  • Experience building, configuring, or customizing Copilot agents.
  • Experience with enterprise Generative AI solutions and AI-enabled business automation.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including:
  • Power Apps
  • Power Automate
  • Copilot Studio
  • Experience integrating AI into Microsoft 365 collaboration environments.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Graph API, PowerShell, or other automation technologies.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Purview, governance, information protection, and enterprise security best practices.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale Microsoft environments.

  • Financial services or banking industry experience.
  • Experience supporting organizations with 10,000+ users.
