Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in application development, automation, or AI solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents.
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Dataverse, connectors).
  • Experience integrating with REST APIs and enterprise systems.
  • Familiarity with Azure AI services (Azure OpenAI or Azure AI Foundry).
  • Experience building conversational agents, chatbots, or automation workflows.
  • Proficiency with Power Fx and familiarity with Microsoft Graph API.
  • Experience working in client-facing or cross-functional team environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • Develop conversational logic including topics, triggers, and multi-turn interactions.
  • Build reusable agent components and templates to accelerate solution delivery.
  • Stay current with new features, patterns, and best practices in Copilot Studio and the Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Integrate agents with Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, SharePoint, Office).
  • Develop workflows using Power Automate and Dataverse.
  • Manage agent deployment, permissions, and lifecycle within M365 environments.
