Logistics business in the Baltimore area looking for a local developer who likes building things and solving real business problems. We're looking for someone who lives in the Baltimore / DMV region and can come work with our team. You'll work directly with ownership, move fast, and have a lot of influence on what gets built.
We're building internal tools, automation, AI agents, databases, and business systems using Microsoft technologies including Copilot Studio, Dataverse, Power Platform, and related tools. We're not looking for someone who watched a few YouTube videos or is trying to learn on the job. We need someone who has already done this in the real world and can jump in quickly.
What We're Looking For

  • Real experience building Copilot Studio agents
  • Strong Dataverse experience
  • Able to explain technical things in plain English
