As a Field Service Technician, you will shine as you multitask and manage a full customer workload. You will be responsible for the timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair of office product equipment and for promoting and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with our service and products.      
   
What will you do:      
  • Service printer/copier products with minimum assistance   
  • Troubleshoot basic printing issues, able to determine printer vs network issues.   
  • Able to install scanning and equipment in a peer-to-peer environment.   
  • Manage inventory to company specifications.   
  • Maintain car, tool kit, and supplies.   
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers and employees.   
  • Provide sales support, including advising sales about problems or sales leads.   
  • Maintain professional appearances.   
  • Maximizing equipment uptime through timely repair   
  • Engaging the customer to assure satisfaction.   
  • Managing time to be most effective   
What we are seeking:      
  • Prior experience in maintaining and repairing printers/copiers is required  
  • Mechanical and electrical aptitude and demonstrated skills.   
  • Knowledge of basic networking   
  • Computer and analytical skills   
  • A high school diploma is required, and an electronics or computer associate degree is preferred.   
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds. Pull, lift, reach, and transport equipment parts and boxes.   
  • You must be at least 21 years of age, have a valid driver's license issued in your state of residence, and have a clean driving record.   
  • Ability to troubleshoot printers/copiers and work independently
