Job Summary

BSC Industries is looking for a Corporate Account Specialist to drive growth with strategic customers by deepening commercial relationships, expanding engagement across customer organizations, and monetizing the value BSC's programs deliver. This role manages key contractual relationships with customers, identifies opportunities to increase program value, and partners closely with internal teams and strategic suppliers to deliver solutions that strengthen customer partnerships and support long-term revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and grow strategic customer relationships, acting as a primary commercial point of contact for key accounts and contractual partnership discussions.
• Manage customer contracts, program commitments, pricing structures, terms, and service expectations while ensuring BSC delivers measurable value to the customer.
• Expand engagement with customer contacts across their organization, including operations, purchasing, engineering, finance, and executive leadership, to strengthen relationships and uncover additional opportunities.
• Identify, quantify, and communicate the value BSC programs deliver to customers, including cost savings, efficiency improvements, service reliability, risk reduction, and operational support.
• Develop and execute growth plans for strategic accounts, including relationship maps, opportunity pipelines, program reviews, and account strategies aligned with customer priorities.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Finance, and leadership to align customer strategy, pricing, fulfillment, and program execution.
• Identify and leverage key strategic supplier relationships to support customer growth, improve solution offerings, and strengthen BSC's competitive position.
• Serve as an escalation point for significant customer issues, coordinating cross-functionally to resolve concerns related to service, fulfillment, pricing, program performance, or contract expectations.
• Maintain accurate customer account records, contract history, opportunity pipelines, relationship maps, and open-item logs in CRM/ERP systems to support relationship continuity and growth planning.
• Track and report on customer relationship health, revenue growth, program performance, margin opportunities, open issues, and strategic account outcomes to senior leadership.
• Represent BSC Industries in customer meetings, business reviews, supplier discussions, industry events, and site visits to strengthen strategic partnerships.

Requirements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, key account management, strategic account management, or a related commercial role.
• Demonstrated experience managing customer relationships, commercial agreements, pricing discussions, program commitments, or contract expectations.
• Strong ability to build relationships across multiple levels of a customer organization, including executive leadership.
• Ability to identify, communicate, and monetize the value delivered through customer programs, including cost savings, service improvements, operational efficiencies, and risk reduction.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, communication, relationship-management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Commercially minded, with a solid understanding of contracts, pricing structures, account planning, supplier partnerships, and customer value drivers.
• Ability to manage multiple strategic customer relationships simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and maintain momentum on growth opportunities and open issues.
• Comfortable working in CRM/ERP systems to maintain accurate account records, contract history, opportunity pipelines, and relationship continuity.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings, supplier discussions, business reviews, and industry events.
