• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status, strengths, needs, and objectives for treatment.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy, tailored to each patient's needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurses, and mental health professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and medication management to empower informed decision-making.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing a strengths-based approach to facilitate healing and recovery.
• Develop personalized treatment plans in partnership with patients, integrating their goals and preferences into actionable strategies for success.
• Assist patients in navigating the complexities of the mental health system, advocating for their rights and ensuring access to necessary resources.
• Facilitate therapeutic groups, psychoeducational sessions, and discharge planning meetings to support ongoing patient engagement and recovery.

You will work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, each facing unique mental health challenges. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida.
