Coop Managers are professionals responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a cooperative, which is an organization owned and operated by its members for their mutual benefit. Their duties typically include managing staff, handling finances, ensuring compliance with regulations, and developing strategies to grow the cooperative. They also serve as a liaison between the members and the management team, making sure that the cooperative serves its members' needs effectively. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential for this role.
