Job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a Part- Time customer-focused Cashier/ Walk-in Cooler associate to join our team! This role combines  cashiering and customer service with order processing and walk-in cooler support. You will be responsible for providing excellent service to customers, accurately handling transactions, processing orders, and maintaining an organized, efficient workspace. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where every day is different — and you love flowers — we’d love to meet you!
Pay starts at $18/ hr

Responsibilities 
  • Customer Service & Cashiering: Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service. Accurately process sales transactions using cash, credit, and other payment methods through Shopify POS or similar systems. Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges while ensuring transaction accuracy. Assist customers with product questions, orders, and recommendations. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout area.
  • Order Processing & Walk-in Cooler Support: Pull and prepare orders for customer pickup or delivery, ensuring accuracy and quality. Replenish stock in the cooler and maintain organized product displays. Assist with inventory control, restocking, and tracking product levels. Keep walk-in cooler areas clean, safe, and well-organized. Follow all safety procedures for handling, loading, and unloading products.
  • Teamwork & Store Operations: Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Assist in other departments as needed, including cleaning, merchandising, and light maintenance tasks. Contribute to a positive, cooperative, and customer-first work environment.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must 18 years of age or older
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish
  • Basic math skills and the ability to handle transactions accurately
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish required
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule
