COOLER LOADOUT/ GENERAL LABOR

The Loader Cooler Associate shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Load and unload coolers and trucks with products, ensuring proper handling and organization.
  • Pull and stack orders.
  • Palletize products for trailers and stock.
  • Adapt to various situations and adjust to shifting priorities.
  • Adhering to OSHA regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Follow all required work safe practices.  This would include wearing all required PPE.
  • Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and mechanical knowledge.
  • Handle materials with care, ensuring that heavy lifting is performed safely and in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Assist in inventory management by tracking product levels and reporting discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment and delivery of products in optimal condition.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

This position is essential for ensuring the efficient operation of our facility. This role involves the preparation and loading of trucks with products to ensure that all items are handled with care and accuracy. This position contributes significantly to our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand, walk, push or pull a majority of the day. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and manually stack and move cases that are 6 to 8 cases high. 

Education, Certifications and Experience: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor
  • Familiarity with safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment and reduce the risk of accidents. 

Other: 

The Cooler Loadout/ General Labor is an hourly position and reports to the Supervisor or Cooler Manager. Working overtime, evenings, and holidays may be required.
