Job description

Are you passionate about early childhood education, preschool learning, and making a positive impact in children’s lives? The Academy of Cool Springs is looking for energetic, caring, and dependable educators to join our growing preschool team!

We provide high-quality care and education for children ages 6 weeks to 6 years in a supportive, engaging, and professional learning environment. If you are searching for a rewarding career in childcare, preschool teaching, infant care, or early learning, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

  • Create a safe, nurturing, and fun classroom environment
  • Support children’s social, emotional, and educational development
  • Assist with curriculum activities, circle time, songs, stories, and play-based learning
  • Supervise meals, toileting, nap time, and outdoor play
  • Work closely with a supportive team of early childhood professionals

Schedule

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday
  • No nights or weekends

Qualifications

  • CDA, ECE certification, or related education preferred but not required
  • Reliable, positive, and passionate about working with children
  • Must currently be local
