Responsibilities
  •  Meet with homeowners, property managers, and light commercial customers to discuss HVAC replacement, repair, and system improvement options
  •  Perform in-home consultations and review customer comfort concerns
  •  Evaluate existing HVAC systems and explain repair vs. replacement options
  •  Prepare and present clear estimates and proposals
  •  Follow up with open estimates and guide customers through the decision process
  •  Communicate with the office and installation team to ensure a smooth customer experience
  •  Maintain accurate notes, photos, and customer details in our CRM
  •  Stay informed on equipment options, financing, rebates, warranties, and HVAC solutions
  •  Build long-term relationships with customers through honest communication and follow-through
  •  Represent Cool Edge AC professionally in customers’ homes and businesses
What We’re Looking For
  • Desired experience: 1–3 years of sales or customer service experience preferred. HVAC, home services, construction, property management, or in-home sales experience is a plus.

    •  Strong communication and follow-up skills
    •  Comfortable explaining options without using high-pressure sales tactics
    •  Professional appearance and customer-first attitude
    •  Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
    •  Comfortable using a CRM, tablet, or mobile apps
    •  Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
    •  Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with the team
    •  Willingness to learn our process, products, and customer approach
Compensation:
This position includes paid onboarding and training so you can learn our process, customers, equipment options, and sales approach before fully transitioning into the role.
Training pay is based on experience and typically ranges from $16–$18 per hour during the onboarding period.
After training, this position transitions into a commission-based sales role with strong earning potential. Estimated earning potential for this role is $50,000–$100,000 per year, depending on sales performance and lead type. Commission opportunities are available for company-provided leads, property management opportunities, and self-generated leads. Earnings are based on closed and collected sales.
Schedule:
Full-time position. Some evening or weekend availability may be needed depending on customer scheduling and seasonal demand.
