Be one of the architects shaping Donaldson's enterprise data future. We're building a newly re-established Enterprise Architecture team, and this is your opportunity to influence how data, AI, analytics, and modern cloud technologies are adopted across a global manufacturing company. You'll be part of a small, highly visible team where your ideas will directly influence enterprise technology decisions across a global organization.

This isn't a role where you'll create standards from the sidelines you'll be a hands-on Data architect, partnering with business leaders, engineering teams, and emerging technology experts to solve real business challenges and drive enterprise-wide transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • You'll define and drive Donaldson's enterprise data architecture by:
  • Developing the enterprise data strategy and roadmap
  • Designing scalable cloud-based data architectures and platforms
  • Leading Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives
  • Building trusted, governed data solutions for analytics and AI
  • Establishing enterprise data governance, quality, and architecture standards
  • Partnering with business leaders to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Architecting modern data solutions using Snowflake, Azure, Oracle, APIs, and streaming technologies
  • Serving as a trusted advisor on enterprise data investments and strategy

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Data or Enterprise Architecture
  • 3+ years of Snowflake experience
  • Strong expertise in cloud data platforms (Azure preferred)
  • Experience with Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, MDM, and Data Governance
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • AWS experience
  • AI/ML data platform experience
  • Cloud or data architecture certifications
