What You’ll Be Doing

  1. Prepare food according to meal schedules
  2. Learn and follow the menu, kitchen abbreviations, plating standards, and portion sizes
  3. Follow standard recipes and accommodate special diet orders
  4. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  5. Adhere to sanitation, safety, and food production guidelines
  6. Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances
  7. Perform established temperature checks
