Job description

Function: Supported by the cook and the chef, the cook's assistant makes certain basic preparations, serves desserts, washes and cuts vegetables and takes part in cleaning the equipment and the kitchen. She helps clean the equipment and the kitchen. She sees to the filling of the kitchenettes on the floors, the portioning of the plates during meals and performs all other related tasks.

Main tasks : The person helps prepare and serve food according to the established menu. The person will have to be involved in the daily tasks of supplying food for the different kitchenettes, She will have to participate in the preparation of salads, sandwiches or other foods as needed. She will also have to prepare the portioning of the desserts according to the diet.

The person might be called upon to perform other related tasks requested by his immediate supervisor. Timetable: 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Week 1: Wednesday / Thursday / Saturday Week 2: Sunday / Thursday / Friday Indeterminate temporary position
