Job Summary
We are seeking a Line Cook to join the team at our busy restaurant. We’re a lively Mexican restaurant passionate about serving up fresh, delicious food with a smile. We believe great food comes from great teamwork, and we’re looking for someone who’s excited to grow with us and bring good energy to our kitchen.
Who We’re Looking For:
If you have at least one year of experience cooking in a restaurant and love working in a busy kitchen, we want to meet you! This role is perfect if you’re ready to build your skills, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and be part of a friendly team.

What You’ll Do:
  • -Help prep and cook tasty dishes following our recipes and quality standards
  • -Keep your work area clean and organized to keep everyone safe and healthy
  • -Pitch in with managing supplies and keeping inventory in check
  • -Work closely with the rest of the kitchen and service team to get food out fast and fresh
  • -Follow all food safety and health guidelines to the letter

What We’re Looking For:
  • -You’ve spent at least a year working in a kitchen and know your way around cooking
  • -You’re 18 or older (to comply with California labor laws)
  • -You’re available to work on Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays — these days are a must
  • -You have good stamina and can handle being on your feet during shifts
  • -You communicate well and enjoy being part of a team
  • -You’re reliable, punctual, and care about keeping things clean and safe
  • -You’re legally allowed to work in the U.S.
