Job Type: Permanent Full-time and Permanent Part-time
Shifts: Days, Evenings, and Weekends
Hours Per Week: Up to 40

• New Hire: $18.50/hour
• Fully Trained: $18.75/hour
• Advanced: $19/hour
• Cross-Trained: $19.25/hour
• Shift Leader: $19.50/hour

• Prepare A&W menu items following food safety and quality standards
• Cook burgers, fries, breakfast items, and other products efficiently
• Assemble orders accurately, even during busy periods
Kitchen Operations
• Keep workstations stocked, organized, and running efficiently
• Restock fridges, freezers, and ingredient stations
• Monitor food levels and communicate needs to the team
Cleanliness & Safety
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures
• Clean and sanitize equipment, counters, prep surfaces, and utensils
• Assist with dining room, restroom, and exterior cleanliness to maintain a positive guest experience
Teamwork
• Work closely with Cashiers, Supervisors, and other team members
• Communicate clearly during rush periods
• Support a positive, respectful workplace
