What are some common challenges that bakers specializing in cookies face in a professional kitchen?

Bakers who focus on cookies often encounter challenges such as maintaining consistency in texture and flavor across large batches, especially when scaling recipes for commercial production. Working in a fast-paced kitchen environment means managing multiple timers and ovens simultaneously, which requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Additionally, bakers must stay updated on food safety standards and allergen management, ensuring that all cookies meet quality and dietary requirements. Collaboration with other pastry chefs and kitchen staff is also key, as bakers often coordinate to meet catering deadlines or support broader menu planning.
