At Cattlemens, every great guest experience starts behind the scenes with a dedicated prep team. As a PM Prep Person, you’ll play a vital role in preparing fresh, high-quality ingredients that help our cooks and servers deliver the exceptional food and hospitality we’re known for.
What You’ll Do
- Quickly, efficiently, and consistently prepare fresh food items according to Cattlemens recipes and standards.
- Ensure adequate quantities of ingredients are ready to support service and maintain smooth kitchen operations.
- Assist cooks by keeping the line stocked, organized, and ready for peak hours.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized prep area.
- Prioritize guest satisfaction by supporting the kitchen and service teams in delivering outstanding meals.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and ability to stay focused in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
