Job description

We are seeking an Intake & Sales Professional to help drive the continued growth of a rapidly expanding professional services organization. This indiviual will play a key role in converting prospective clients into engaged clients by delivering an exceptional intake experience, identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates, and building long-term relationships throughout the client journey.


This is more than a traditional intake role. We are looking for someone who can analyze trends, refine processes, and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the organization. The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking with prospective clients, managing lead pipelines, leveraging CRM data, and collaborating with marketing initiatives to maximize client acquisition.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct consultations with prospective clients and guide them through the intake process.
  • Build trust and rapport with individuals navigating sensitive and often emotional situations.
  • Track, analyze, and improve lead conversion metrics and intake performance.
  • Utilize CRM platforms to manage leads, follow-up campaigns, and client communications.
  • Collaborate with leadership on digital advertising initiatives, marketing strategies, and community outreach efforts.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for process improvement to support firm growth.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on client interactions and intake data.
