Job Description
  • A leading flexible packaging manufacturer is seeking an experienced Bag & Pouch Machine Operator to join their production team. This role is responsible for setting up, adjusting, and operating bag-making equipment used to convert plastic film into finished bags and pouches.

Responsibilities
  • Set up, adjust, and operate bag and pouch converting machines
  • Monitor machine performance to ensure proper sealing, cutting, and product quality
  • Load film rolls and adjust machine settings based on production specifications
  • Perform routine quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards
  • Troubleshoot mechanical or production issues and make adjustments as needed
  • Maintain production efficiency while minimizing downtime and waste
  • Perform basic preventative maintenance and keep equipment clean and organized
  • Follow all safety procedures and production schedules

Qualifications
  • Experience operating bag making, pouch making, or flexible packaging converting equipment
