This is not an entry-level management position. We are looking for a strong leader with a proven track record in childcare operations, family engagement, staff leadership, and enrollment growth. The ideal candidate is confident, personable, professional, and comfortable taking ownership of results.

Qualifications

  • Current Texas Child Care Director's License (Required)
  • Minimum 3 years of childcare leadership experience
