Role Overview
The Director, Growth leads the execution of growth marketing programs that drive customer acquisition, funnel performance, and revenue expansion within a defined channel, segment, or portfolio. Reporting to the EVP, Business Development, this role turns growth strategy into action - building program roadmaps, running structured tests, and demonstrating measurable results across the funnel.
This is a hands-on role and requires close, day-to-day partnership with marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams to keep growth initiatives moving.

LOCATION
Candidates must be located in the Chicago Metro area. This will be a hybrid role, requiring both in-office and remote work.
What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to increase revenue, market share, and customer base.
  • Identify and assess new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to drive growth.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement growth initiatives, including marketing, sales, product development, and customer success.
  • Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitive landscape to inform growth strategies and decision-making.
  • Optimize the sales funnel and customer acquisition processes to improve conversion rates and customer lifetime value.
  • Provide insight and report on the performance of growth strategies, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with the EVP, Business Development to ensure alignment between growth strategies and overall business objectives.
