As our Growth Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and conversion for our new telehealth product. You will own the entire customer journey-from media buying and traffic acquisition through landing page optimization and sign-up conversion-while strategically leveraging traffic from our existing product ecosystem. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of performance marketing, brand positioning, and conversion optimization across mainstream traffic sources.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and execute media buying strategies across mainstream traffic sources to drive qualified traffic to our telehealth product.
  • Create compelling ad creatives and copy that effectively communicate our brand value proposition and drive click-through rates.
  • Leverage existing product traffic through strategic cross-promotion and funnel optimization techniques.
  • Design and optimize landing pages and conversion funnels to maximize sign-up rates from acquired traffic.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to optimize targeting, creative, and conversion metrics.
  • Collaborate with brand and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
  • A/B test ad formats, landing page elements, and user flows to continuously improve conversion rates.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics including CAC, conversion rates, and ROI.

What you'll need to be successful:

Must Haves:

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital acquisition roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience with mainstream media buying platforms (Facebook, Google, native networks, etc.).
  • Strong track record of driving user acquisition and optimizing conversion funnels for digital products.
  • Deep understanding of conversion rate optimization, landing page design, and user experience principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, attribution platforms, etc.) and proven ability to make data-driven decisions with attention to detail.
  • Experience with brand positioning and creative development for performance campaigns.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with telehealth, healthcare technology, or other regulated industry marketing preferred; subscription-based product experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements for healthcare marketing (HIPAA, FDA guidelines).
