Responsibilities:
Generate daily sales for both membership and personal training
Execute guest registration process with sales conversion motivation
Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club
Plan and excute monthly sales specials
Engage in planning and attending community events for the purposes of sales generation
Communicate special events to members and guests
Utilize and generate results using VFP software for lead generation purposes (will train)
Facilitate referral promotions and execute for results
Maintain an atmosphere, which makes members feel welcome
Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager
Maintain professional disposition at all times
Sell retail products
Facilitate payment of member services in accordance with company procedures
Know club facility, services, and schedules
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist in all projects as delegated by club management
Follow all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook
Opening and closing duties
