Job Summary:
Suncap Technology is seeking a Technical Strategy Project Manager to lead large-scale data and digital transformation programs for a major financial services client. This role involves program execution, PMO governance, and senior stakeholder communication, ensuring delivery rigor across various workstreams.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage large-scale data and digital transformation programs
• Own PMO governance, program planning, and execution across multiple workstreams
• Coordinate delivery across data, engineering, and business teams
• Track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies and drive resolution
• Prepare and deliver executive-level program status, insights, and decision materials
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring transparency and delivery rigor
Qualifications:
Required:
• Experience leading or managing large-scale data or digital transformation programs
• Strong background in PMO leadership and delivery management across complex initiatives
• Solid understanding of data transformation concepts, including data mapping, profiling, conversion, and testing
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior and executive stakeholders
• Advanced PowerPoint skills with experience producing executive-ready materials
• Ability and willingness to work onsite in McLean, VA, five days per week
Preferred:
