NCG Cinema Crew

Position Summary: The Crew Member is NCG’s everyday difference-maker—bringing our purpose to life by turning every visit into a memorable communal experience. In this role, every interaction is guided by heartfelt hospitality, generosity, attention to detail, infectious joy, and personal integrity. Crew Members are trusted to make each guest feel truly valued, contribute to a lively team environment, and uphold NCG’s reputation as a destination for connection and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

· Welcome and acknowledge guests promptly using eye contact and the NCG standard greeting protocol.

· Provide directional guidance and assist guests with special needs.

· Process ticket and concession sales via the Vista POS system, including handling cash, cards, and gift transactions with integrity.

· Execute upselling and praomote value combos with genuine recommendations.

· Follow daily routines for cleanliness, including auditorium, restroom, lobby, and exterior maintenance.

· Enforce theater policies, address disruptive behavior discretely, and follow safety and emergency protocols.

· Maintain uniform, grooming, and hygiene standards at all times.

· Collaborate with colleagues for continuous presentation and inventory upkeep.

Qualifications:

· Customer-focused mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and in fast-paced settings.

· Comfort with physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 pounds and using cleaning or food service equipment.

· Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.

· English proficiency required; bilingual skills advantageous.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

· Prolonged standing and walking, both indoors and outdoors.
