Job Description
The Content Producer plans, creates, and delivers high quality content across digital channels to support marketing campaigns and brand initiatives. They coordinate timelines, manage production workflows, and collaborate with writers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure content is engaging, accurate, and on brand. Their role ensures content is executed efficiently and aligns with strategic messaging and audience needs.
What You'll Do
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee the production of content across digital channels, including web, social, email, and campaigns
  • Manage content calendars, timelines, and workflows to ensure timely delivery of assets
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, and marketing teams to produce cohesive, high quality content
  • Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, brand consistency, and alignment with campaign objectives
  • Coordinate stakeholder input and approvals throughout the content production process
  • Ensure content is optimized for performance, including SEO, engagement, and conversion goals
  • Monitor content effectiveness and recommend improvements based on performance data and feedback
  • Maintain organization of content assets and documentation across projects

Experience and Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or another relevant field
  • 2+ years of experience in content writing, preferably in SaaS, PropTech, or real estate/property management industries
  • Experience managing content production in a digital marketing or agency environment
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, digital channels, and marketing workflows
  • Excellent project management, organization, and time management skills
  • Strong editing and quality assurance abilities with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
