As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our organization, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify individual patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices.
• Administering various therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring that each approach aligns with the specific challenges faced by patients.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records that comply with HIPAA regulations while managing documentation efficiently to allow more time for patient care.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and addiction specialists to ensure a cohesive and effective treatment experience for all patients.
• Participating in regular case consultations and peer reviews to discuss cases and contribute to ongoing quality enhancement initiatives.
• Providing educational support and resources to patients and their families, addressing mental health issues and treatment pathways.
• Staying abreast of the latest developments in mental health care and integrating new knowledge into clinical practice to improve treatment outcomes.

Your role will focus on working with patients in a detox center, primarily individuals facing substance use challenges intertwined with mental health concerns. You will support patients dealing with complex emotional and psychological issues as they navigate the critical stages of recovery, ensuring they receive compassionate and effective care.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy services within a behavioral health or mental health setting.
• Proven knowledge and application of solution-focused therapy interventions and best practices in mental health.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with patients and team members.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, essential for navigating challenging clinical situations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.

• Experience working in detox or substance use treatment settings.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient information and manage caseloads effectively.
