What are some common challenges faced by staff working at a convention center, and how can they be managed?

Staff at convention centers often face challenges such as managing large crowds, coordinating with multiple vendors, and handling last-minute changes to event schedules. Adapting quickly to unexpected issues and maintaining a customer-focused attitude are key to success in this dynamic environment.
