Description

The Controls Builder will perform system and sub-system level electrical and plumbing tasks. The Controls Builder will follow our practices in the execution of project build tasks through panel build, system plumb and wire, system teardown and installation. The builder will work cross-functionally to maintain quality, schedule and budget ย 

Requirements

- Panel ย ย and system level plumbing and wiring

- Reading, ย ย interpreting and providing engineering feedback on electrical schematicsย 

- Routing ย ย cables using proper technique and following Calvary Standard practices

- Installation ย ย of rigid and flexible conduit

- Work to ย ย prints with minimal direction/supervision

- Ability to ย ย review and update electrical schematics

- Maintain ย ย accurate project documentation as it pertains to controls build. E.g. Process ย ย checklist, build plan)

- Perform I/O ย ย checks

- Layout and ย ย wire electrical panels to print

- Ability to ย ย understand and execute pneumatic schematics

- Take ย ย ownership and accountability for all efforts

- Work to ย ย daily and overall milestones to ensure project schedules and budgets are ย ย met/exceeded

- Ability and ย ย professionalism to interact directly with internal and external customers

- Willingness ย ย to work overtime to include weekends as needed

- Willingness ย ย to travel (Domestic and international)


  • 5 ย ย years' experience in electrical assembly ย 
  • Experience ย ย in automated systems a plus
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
  • Understanding and experience in electrical safetyย
