About this role
This position is for a seasoned professional in Project Management, who works independently, supports the development of project plans, schedules and budgets for projects, facilitates project tasks with various functional organizations, forecast project revenues, tracks progress, identifies project problems, and recommends resolutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Knowledge of computers and setup procedures.
  • Knowledge of computer networking systems.
  • Previous experience in AutoCAD and Bluebeam.
  • Working experience with Carrier i-Vu, Tridium or BACnet systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Knowledge in DDC control theory and applications pertaining to the HVAC/Control.
  • Prior experience in HVAC and/or Building Automation.

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of Direct Digital Controls experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • Formal DDC training.
  • HVAC background/experience.
  • Understanding of BACnet controls and 3rd party integration.
  • Experience in building and maintaining graphics.
  • Experience in submittals and as built drawings.

Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is between $64,500.00 - $129,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
Other Compensation
This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
