About the Role

 

We are looking for an Engineer to join our Project Controls team on our project in Indianapolis, IN. This is a full-time, in-person position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and respond to potential changes received from subcontractors.
  • Analyze data to provide tactful methods of issue resolution.
  • Communicate with subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate responses.
  • Understand and comply with owner requirements for receipt and submission of information.
  • Review, update, and ensure accuracy of MEP manifest billing.
  • Gain exposure to subcontractor cashflows and owner billing processes.
  • Be mindful of company and project risk when addressing issues.
  • Approach internal and external conflict with logic and maintain a calm, professional attitude.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or a quantitative-related field.
  • Outstanding communication, time management, and computer skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
