  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the reliability, availability, and performance of production systems.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and operational tasks.
  • Implement and maintain cloud security best practices, governance, and compliance controls.
  • Support disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity initiatives.
  • Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Evaluate emerging cloud technologies and recommend improvements to the engineering platform.
  • Contribute to cloud architecture decisions, including future cloud modernization and migration initiatives.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level DevOps engineers by providing technical guidance, code reviews, and coaching on infrastructure, automation, cloud engineering, and operational excellence.
  • Promote engineering best practices through documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Serve as a technical leader, helping establish standards, improve engineering processes, and influence platform direction.

  • Experience monitoring cloud applications and infrastructure using observability platforms.
  • Strong understanding of networking, identity management, cloud security, and infrastructure architecture.
  • Experience troubleshooting production environments and improving operational reliability.
  • Demonstrated experience mentoring engineers, leading technical initiatives, and influencing engineering best practices without direct management authority.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing or participating in cloud migration initiatives.
  • Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration technologies.
  • Experience administering Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
