Description
ISA is seeking a detail-oriented Program Controls Analyst to support their growing organization. This role works closely with Program Management, Engineering, and Finance teams to monitor cost, schedule, and resource performance while ensuring compliance with contractual reporting requirements. Primary focus on reporting, support and analysis.
As the Program Controls Analyst - ISA, your main responsibilities will be:
  • Assist engineering teams and PMO staff.
  • Interpret program performance data and identify key insights.
  • Prepare reports via CDRLs or Earned Value requirements (Formats 1-5). 
  • Assist with preparing financial briefings, presentations, and status reports.
  • Assist Program Managers with identifying risks, opportunities, and mitigation plans. 
  • Track all elements of cost and resource allocation against program budgets and forecasts
Your skills and qualifications:
Essential education and experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or related field.
  • 5+ years of program controls, earned value management, or program finance experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company 
  • High attention to detail and deadline-driven mindset
  • Experience working at both large and small companies
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance to be considered for this position
Desirable:
  • Proposal experience
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
Base Salary Range: $85,000 - $105,000 annually

We are also open to considering candidates with experience and qualifications at a different level than required in a job posting, which may affect the compensation package offered.
